Book An Online Design Appointment
We are pleased to announce that in addition to socially distant 2m, face-to-face appointments, we are continuing to offer design appointments via a combination of phone and online video calls.
Due to the current Coronavirus epidemic, our showrooms are now open via an appointment system until further notice. However, if you’ve got a kitchen project that you’d like to start talking to us about but don’t want to visit the showroom yet, you can now arrange a free online design appointment with one of our expert designers via our Webinar meeting room. This fantastic service means we can start to design your project and provide you with an accurate quote without you having to leave your home.
Under normal circumstances, we would visit your space to carry out a 'home measure'. This is where we take note of factors such as electric, water and gas entry points into the room. We would also measure the door & window positions and establish if any preparatory or building work needs to be carried out. Although we can now offer this service again, for those who would not want to be visited at home yet there is an alternative; You can provide us with the initial basic measurements in millimeters or send us some scaled plans if you have some. We can then create a design using those room plans or measurements.
We always carry out a full, on-site technical kitchen survey prior to the manufacturing of a project, even if we did the initial site measuring up ourselves. This double-check of everything, including the on-site measurements, would of course only happen under strict social distancing guidelines.
During your online design consultation, we’ll get to understand your project further, discuss our inspirational ideas and share some initial designs for your new space.
Once we’ve booked a time & date for your appointment, you’ll simply just need to send us the dimensions of your space or architects’ plans and we’ll create a 2D design & 3D CAD image of your project which we’ll share and discuss with you during our webinar call. (If you do not know how to measure and note the dimensions of your space don’t worry, we can show you an easy way to do so to enable you to accurately progress your design.)
